- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Agricultural, Life, or Natural Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Soil, Agronomy).
- Experience:
- At least 16 years in R&D, with 7 years in senior supervisory roles.
- Experience in plantation sectors, technology commercialization, and international exposure is advantageous.
- Strong track record of research publications in high-impact journals.
- Responsibilities: Leading R&D efforts, attracting research funding, and fostering a high-performing research environment
